Overview

We respect intellectual-property rights and respond to notices that allege infringement through content made available via Spatial.

How to submit a notice

Send copyright or intellectual-property complaints to legal@prismos.dev and include enough detail for us to investigate.

• Your name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work or right at issue
• The location of the allegedly infringing material or activity
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers or users who repeatedly violate intellectual-property rights.

Counter-notices and follow-up

If you believe material was removed or restricted in error, reply to the notice thread or contact us at legal@prismos.dev with the basis for your objection and any supporting evidence.
